The council resumed the open meeting multiple times, with the minutes noting that "no decisions made" during those intervals.
The minutes log at least five executive-session motions with specified resumption times (5:50 PM; 6:05 PM; 6:20 PM; 6:30 PM; 6:37 PM). Each entry lists Angela Evans as mover and Janice Fine as seconder, and each motion is recorded as "carried." The minutes do not include individual roll-call vote tallies for these motions.
