Committee discussion turned to the 2027 budget, where staff proposed creating an Initial Services Coordinator position to take on billing duties and reduce burden on front-desk staff. The minutes note that comparable counties have average caseloads of 35–50 while Wyoming County is experiencing roughly 70, prompting support from Supervisor M. Roche (T/Eagle). The proposal also referenced difficulty sustaining a receptionist position split 50/50 between OFA and Youth Bureau.
