Administrative analyst Nicole Say presented a request to extend on‑call agreements for professional engineering services for one year (the second allowable extension), extending the agreements through 10/19/2027. Say said the on‑call pool originally began 10/19/2022 with ten consulting firms; agreements with nine firms were previously extended and tonight’s action would complete the second extension for those firms.
Staff said the task order process governs scope and fees and that the total value of task orders issued to each firm during the extension is set at $400,000 for the year. Say reported a cumulative $3,666,596 authorized through the on‑call program to date and recommended adoption of a resolution approving the one‑year extension with specific consultants listed in staff materials. Council approved the resolution unanimously.
