Staff said FM AAA will provide the meals and transportation/delivery while the city provides staff whose personnel costs will be reimbursed; the total contract amount will not exceed $59,500 and will support staffing for meal service through June 30, 2027.
The staff presentation outlined funding breakdowns: approximately $34,000 for the Frank Bergan Senior Center and $25,500 for the Pan American Community Center. Staff said the program serves about 75 meals a day across the two centers and that the contract is a 12‑month funding cycle. Council adopted resolutions approving the contract and related budget amendments unanimously.
