After routine business the council moved to adjourn; Alderman Jeff Elliott made the motion to adjourn at 7:34 p.m., Alderman Paul Kaczmarski seconded, and a roll call recorded six yeses and zero nos. No further action on the ordinance was taken at the July 14 meeting.
