Commissioners approve appointment, new funds and several budget moves including $226,846 airport advance

In financial actions, commissioners approved an advance of $226,845.64 from Airport REILs and PAPIs funds into general commissioners' accounts, transferred $104,343.15 from Blue Grass Boulevard Phase II to Bluegrass Phase III, and approved additional appropriations including $15,000 to FCSS other expense and $140,659.07 to Rattlesnake Water System Improvement. All motions were recorded as passed by unanimous roll call.
"It was moved by Mr. Anderson and seconded by Mr. Fleak that the following advance be made: from 1491, 24940030, Airport REILs and PAPIs, Advance Out to 1001, 30010010, Commissioners, Advance In, $226,845.64. Roll call: Mr. Garland, aye; Mr. Anderson, aye; Mr. Fleak, aye. Motion carried," the clerk read during the record of proceedings.
