The commission handled several enforcement and order actions. For Steven and Judith Kaufman, staff recommended a soft-solution salt marsh restoration with a 10-foot buffer strip, monitoring reports, and no cobble edging; commissioners discussed a temporary fencing period and agreed to require monitoring and a plan revision where necessary. For Joseph and Nancy Buckley, staff acknowledged the dock was being grandfathered but asked for a lengthened ramp so wetland impacts were minimized. Motions to issue the orders passed by roll call.
