• Received the second-tier canvas and abstract of votes for the city and school election and authorized signing of certificates, 3-0.
• Approved two Emergency Services personnel changes: part-time EMT to advanced EMT (estimated FY27 impact $573.53) and part-time EMT to part-time paramedic (estimated FY27 impact $3,815.70), both 3-0.
• Approved form of contract, plans and specifications for demolition of the old LEC and set a public hearing for 12/02/2025 at 4:40 p.m.; approved public notice, 3-0.
• Received and ordered a recount for the Sergeant Bluff school bond petition (recount proposed for 11/24 at 1 p.m.), 3-0.
• Tabled a proposal to increase the county’s December contribution to the health-insurance fund (about a 20% one-time increase, ≈$100,000) until the next meeting, 3-0.
• Approved a $1,000 gaming-revenue contribution to ISAC for an amicus brief, 3-0.
• Adopted a new Woodbury County health insurance plan effective 01/01/2026; enrollment timing and payroll implementation to be finalized, 3-0.
