State conditions added to Nobska Pond phragmites follow-up; commission to require contractor protections for salt pond pennywort

Alyssa told the commission "the state had some concerns with the salt pond pennywort" and that the staff will add the state's conditions to the order of conditions.
Commissioners voted to untable and then close the hearing and take it under advisement, with a requirement that Crawford provide the state-requested protocols and notify the commission if there are any complications during invasive-species work. Staff noted property-access permissions and that work is planned for the fall.
