Bethlehem resident says ArtsQuest barred him, urges drivers to obey signs at ArtsQuest events

"Don't go above 25 miles an hour in the city because you will be ticketed," he said, adding that officers at ArtsQuest events are "very courteous" but will issue citations. He also made broader remarks about what he described as "propaganda" against Muslims and other tensions in town, but the council did not take action on those claims during the meeting.
