"They could be planted in the early fall. Like, September is a really good time or March, early April," Holly said while outlining timing considerations; the committee noted the supplier in New York ships in spring and that a small order would cost roughly $300 including deer guards. Members agreed volunteers in the Friends of Hubbardston group and committee members would help with planting and initial watering; the committee moved and approved the purchase by voice vote.
