The clerk conducted a roll-call vote with all present voting in the affirmative; the Chair confirmed the budget was passed.
The board did not provide a line-item reading of the total in the public portion; members said the detailed budget spreadsheet is posted online for public review and will be updated as bids and grant awards change specific project totals.
