The Lancaster County Board of Commissioners approved a five-year contract with Euna Solutions, Inc. of Sandy Springs, Georgia, to provide Budget Services software integration with Workday. The first-year cost is $141,800, covering Jan. 30, 2026, through Jan. 29, 2031.
Minutes indicate the contract is funded by ARPA funds previously approved by Resolution No. 89 of 2023. The action was moved by Commissioner Parsons and seconded by Commissioner Yoder and recorded as passed unanimously.
