County renews unified case-management licensing for Youth Intervention Center at $24,720

On Jan. 28 the Lancaster County commissioners approved a renewal agreement with National Partnership for Juvenile Services, Inc. (NPJS) of Lexington, KY, to provide user licensing, support and hosting for the Youth Intervention Center’s Unified Case Management (UCM) platform.
The contract covers the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026, at a cost of $24,720. County staff noted the cost represents a 0% increase from the 2025 rate and that funding is budgeted in the Child Welfare Budget. Authorization was given to Bryan Hubbard to sign the UCM User Licensing and Support Agreement. The motion passed unanimously.
