On Jan. 28 the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners approved acceptance of a Continuing County Adult Probation and Parole grant from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime & Delinquency (PCCD) totaling $543,901 for the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The minutes record the funding source as 100% state funding.
The board authorized Adult Probation & Parole Services Director Jennifer Luciano and Deputy Director Jennifer Nissley to electronically sign the grant agreement. The motion, moved by Commissioner Parsons and seconded by Commissioner Yoder, passed unanimously.
The grant will be used to cover a portion of Probation Department salaries as specified in the agreement language recorded in the minutes.
