The Yarmouth Conservation Commission approved a Certificate of Compliance (SE832367) for work at 3 Adrian Adriano Road, represented by Down Cape Engineering for Ed Stafford, while asking the applicant to add missing items to the as‑built plan and reminding the owner that pesticides are not allowed within the 50‑foot buffer.
Staff recommended issuance with ongoing conditions 16 and 17 and asked that the as‑built be updated to show a fire pit and the portion of stairs that remained. Dan Ojila of Downkeep Engineering (speaker 8) said he would clean debris and revise the as‑built accordingly. A commissioner moved to issue the COC with the noted conditions and the motion passed by voice vote.
The commission also stressed that the mitigation planting strip must be restored and that applicants must comply with buffer restrictions. The COC will be granted subject to the updated as‑built submission and the ongoing conditions specified by staff.
