The Yarmouth Conservation Commission voted unanimously Aug. 6 to issue a Certificate of Compliance (SE832331) for Land Planning Incorporated on behalf of Robert and Lisa Vigno at 12 Vermont Avenue, with ongoing conditions 18, 19 and 20.
Staff reported “very minor deviations” from the order but recommended issuance with the specified ongoing conditions. Chair (speaker 4) called for a motion; a commissioner moved to issue the COC and the commission approved the recommendation by voice vote.
The decision allows the applicant to close out the permit while remaining bound to the continuing conditions the commission specified in the original order. No members of the public spoke on the item during the hearing.
