Council adopts updated franchise agreements with NFC Northwest and Ziply Fiber

The South Cle Elum Town Council on June 2 adopted two updated franchise ordinances. Town Attorney Jeff Slothower told the council he had reviewed the NFC Northwest and Ziply Fiber Pacific franchise agreements and found them acceptable. Councilmember Ditsworth moved to adopt Updated Ordinance No. 669 (NFC Northwest, LLC); the motion was seconded by Sandretto and passed by majority vote. Ditsworth then moved to adopt Updated Ordinance No. 670 (Ziply Fiber Pacific, LLC); Sandretto seconded and that motion also passed by majority vote.
