Staff also described plan‑review locations and specified that Montezuma issued four burn permits in the period while Vacaville issued more than 620 (transcript noted '6 20' which staff clarified as 620) in their area; staff said weed abatement programs are being initiated and that the districts continue to adapt to seasonal conditions.
