During new business at the July 8 annual meeting, Mike Cockrum moved to elect Janell Armstrong as President, Nicole Cox as Vice President and Michelle Moore as Secretary; Kathy Cridlebaugh seconded the motion and the board approved it unanimously.
President Janell Armstrong then informed members of committee assignments she had made for the coming year. The board later approved a motion from Nicole Cox, seconded by Noel Gordon, to designate the lower-level glass doors as the site for posting public meeting notices, including library board meeting agendas; the motion passed with approval by all present.
No roll-call vote counts were recorded in the minutes beyond the statement that each motion was "approved by all." These formal actions complete the boards officer elections and set the administrative posting location for public notices until changed by future action.
