Residents complain of unsafe conditions at two properties; council denies extension to one owner

After brief discussion, Councilmember Sandretto moved "to not grant him more time," the motion was seconded by McGuire and passed by majority vote. The council also recorded that Ian Adcox at 608 Washington responded to his Notice of Infraction by electing a mitigation hearing. The meeting record shows no immediate remedial action beyond the denial of extra time for Higginbotham and the scheduling of a mitigation process for Adcox.
