"I am here tonight to tell you that I have never dealt with such a professional group in the 40 years that this has been going on as Lisette, Colby," Tittle said, and urged collaboration rather than further litigation.
Tittle also described her recovery and sobriety and thanked the council for the city's outreach. The remarks were delivered as part of the public-comment period; council members expressed condolences for Pastor Daniel Riteka earlier in the meeting and no formal action followed Tittle’s comments.
