Annie presented grants budget amendment No. 6, which bundles three grant awards. She said the first is a $1,500 mini grant for public humanities that requires a 50% match, funded with previously received cultural-arts grant funds. The second is a HUD Continuum of Care award for fiscal year 2025 for $157,119 intended to support rental and utility assistance for low-income individuals. The third is a DHH FY2026 award for $29,799 to support emergency management personnel costs for a 48‑hour mass antibiotic dispensing program aimed at being able to provide medications to the designated population within 48 hours.
