Dorchester County Council approved recommending the transmission of a Third Amendment to Agreement to the City governing body to expand Sanitary District No. 4 to include the parcel at 3240 Ocean Gateway owned by Two Farms, Inc. The amendment is intended to provide sanitary service capacity for a proposed Royal Farms convenience store and gas station; City and County Managers and Economic Development staff will be copied on the transmittal.
The Council voted 4-0 (Nichols absent) to approve the recommendation; the minutes record coordination with the City and Economic Development officials as the next steps.
