Oak Bluffs committee approves minutes, sets August meetings and Select Board presentation

Committee member Leah Brown moved to approve the minutes from July 20; Chris Chambers seconded and the minutes were approved by unanimous vote. Meeting participant Hester Agudosi asked how to access approved minutes; staff noted they are posted on the town website under the Select Board Agenda and Minutes tab and that residents can sign up for automatic meeting notices.
The committee scheduled three work sessions on Aug. 3, 10 and 17 to draft the short-term rental bylaw outline and set a target presentation date to the Select Board of Aug. 24. Chris Chambers moved to adjourn at 5:50 p.m.; Adam Petkus seconded and the motion was approved by unanimous vote.
