President Schmidt read Ordinance 2-2025 to adopt an updated official zoning map; Commissioner Jeremy Newnam moved to introduce the ordinance and Commissioner Walter Chase seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
Later in the meeting President Schmidt read Ordinance 3-2025, which would repeal in its entirety and reenact the Town of Trappe Zoning Ordinance. Edgar Harrison provided a brief overview of the changes to the zoning ordinance. Commissioner Newnam moved to introduce Ordinance 3-2025; Commissioner Chase seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Both ordinances are scheduled for a public hearing on May 7, 2025 at 5:45 p.m.
