Town attorney: Paris Foods water/sewer amendment submitted; county review next

Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan reported that the Water/Sewer Comprehensive Plan Amendment for Paris Foods has been submitted to the county and that she will attend the county meeting when the matter appears on that agenda.
Ryan also said the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for design of the ENR upgrade to the wastewater plant has been issued and is due Feb. 28; bids on that design work will be reviewed at the council’s March 5 meeting. No votes on the Paris Foods amendment were taken by the council at this meeting; Ryan’s remarks were recorded as an update and a statement of planned county attendance.
