Wes Miller: Comprehensive plan near-final after map, wetland edits

The town's comprehensive plan draft, which had been returned to the planning board for being "too loosey goosey," has been revised and is close to final, a planning committee member said. Wes Miller reported he and Tom met to make a few adjustments and returned the document to Barb Johnson for minor edits. "The main one that you see is almost the final copy except for, the wetland, which needs to be added to the appendix," Miller said.
Board members said they received three attachments — one with changes, one map recommended for change and a clean copy whose status was uncertain — and asked planning to provide a single, definitive final copy for board action. The board expects to receive the revised plan within a day or two and will review the wetlands appendix and approximately five maps that need updating before scheduling further action.
