During its Dec. 10 meeting the New Lisbon Town Board approved a series of routine administrative and financial items. The Board set the 2025 Organizational meeting for Jan. 2, 2025 at 7:30 PM; reappointed Carol Lernihan to a five-year term on the Board of Assessment Review; and accepted a single fuel bid from Buell Fuel of Deansboro, voting to take the fluctuating-price options for diesel, gas, fuel oil and propane and to purchase furnace service plans at $199 each.
The Board also set employee medical insurance contributions for 2025 at approximately 12% of premium, adopting monthly contribution amounts of $91.00 (Single), $155.00 (Employee & Child), $182.90 (Employee & Spouse) and $261.00 (Family). The Board approved three intra-fund appropriation transfers to cover bills (Justice Contractual +$44.03, Planning Contractual +$413.58, Machinery Contractual +$2,000 transferred from Snow Contractual) and approved General Fund bills #214–#236 ($4,688.80) and Highway Fund bills #131–#144 ($21,464.98). Supervisor Lentz previously paid General Fund bills #209–#213 totaling $1,215.46 with prior Board approval.
