Board approves CTE resolutions and job description for new director

At the June 18 meeting, the Corning Union High School District board approved CTE-related items including Resolution No. 489 and the job description for a CTE Director.
The CTEFP resolution (No. 489) was approved by motion and the board also recorded approval of the updated administrative salary schedule and the job description for the CTE Director. The HR packet shows Emily Brown moving from Career Pathway Coordinator to Director of CTE effective July 1, 2026; the changes were presented as part of the personnel and action items.
These approvals align with the district's plans to expand CTE leadership and programming at CUHS and Centennial campuses.
