The chair reported that 28 minor site-plan applications have come through the subcommittee to date. "Out of those, we only have 1 that's pending. 2 of those applications were withdrawn, by the applicant. 1 of them was denied. The rest were approved," the chair said. The subcommittee expects the pending application to be resolved within days.
Members discussed scheduling and next steps: the master plan subcommittee will meet on the 10th and the 26th of the month, and the board expects to add Lake Mohawk ordinance review to upcoming agendas after staff and counsel review. The board also directed staff to circulate materials and confirmed that the subcommittee will continue its work in advance of the full master-plan review.
