Chair (S1) said the WPB-01 charge “is to pay for the water tank and Route 25, work County water by project bond.” Board members discussed that bond payments are paid twice yearly (June and December) and that the final payment is expected in 2025; the board noted they would recheck payment timing and answer any customer questions in October and December as needed.
A motion to set the April 2025 water rates and the WPB-01 charge was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The board directed staff to be prepared to explain the bond charge and the payment schedule to customers who ask.
