The Village of Nassau board approved a resolution authorizing the mayor to apply for a Key2 business commercial credit card; Chair (S1) explained the bank requires a resolution and three years of AUDs and said staff will prepare the application package to be submitted with the required financials.
The board also scheduled budget workshop meetings for late March (multiple dates discussed) and set meeting times to allow members to prepare the fiscal-year budget. Finally, the board moved and approved payment of bills numbered 240 through 269. As the Chair read the payment amounts, he recorded the totals: “Entertain a motion to pay bills number 240 through 269 in the amount of $17,008.87 in the general fund, and $767.68 in the water fund, and $5,464.75 paid outside of abstract.” The motion passed by voice vote.
No further budget changes were adopted at the meeting; members were reminded to submit any budget items for inclusion before the workshop.
