Engineer outlines $2M paving program, sewer project start and Crescent Ave Bridge timetable

The engineer also said the Broadway Hill Cemetery sewer project received escrow money and is expected to start in about two weeks, and that the Crescent Avenue Bridge still targets substantial completion and opening in July.
Council members asked for the street list and details for further review; the engineer indicated a $100,000 contingency is included in estimates to cover unforeseen conditions.
