Neighbor Gary Sinclair spoke in opposition citing parking overflow, vehicle storage and snow‑pushing concerns. Corriveau said the proposed operation would only handle a few vehicles per day and noted prior occupants had run similar services at nearby addresses. The board found the CUP criteria were met, conditioned approval on resolving the DPW memo items to the satisfaction of engineering prior to permits, and the motion passed unanimously.
