Easement vacation item continued after notice error; hearing rescheduled

Planning staff told the commission that item 6A (VAC-2026-01, an easement vacation application for East Saringa Street) was not properly noticed as an action item on the agenda and therefore could not be decided at the meeting. Daniel Miller said the applicant was notified the request will be continued to the next P&Z meeting.
Commissioner Smith moved to continue item 6A to a future date certain; Commissioner Gerber seconded and the motion passed by voice vote. Staff indicated the item will be placed on the next scheduled P&Z agenda for formal action.
