Design board approves Stillwater master sign plan; tenant signs to follow staff review

The Eagle Design Review Board recommended approval of DR-2026-31, a master-sign plan covering monument and tenant signage for the Stillwater subdivision. Applicant Corey Altharp said the master plan follows previously approved development signage criteria and that tenant signs will be handled at the tenant-review stage.
Planning staff Emily Falco outlined three staff site-specific items for the master plan: adherence to the master sign criteria, a sign permit requirement prior to installation, and electrical permits for illuminated signage. “As each tenant comes through, they'll come through with a staff level, design review application for signage that would comply with this criteria,” Falco said. The board approved the staff recommendation by voice vote.
