Board tables minutes, accepts remaining consent items and reschedules August meeting
Summary

During the consent portion of the meeting the board voted to table the Minutes portion of the consent agenda at the request of Ms. Heather Donbrosky; that motion passed 5-0. The board then approved the remaining consent items on a separate motion by Ms. Helena Cunha, also carried 5-0.
Under action items, the board approved a change to the August meeting date. Mr. Keith Pagano requested moving the August meeting from Aug. 12 to Aug. 5 because of his unavailability; Mr. Ron Vaught moved the change, Mr. Gregory Reimer seconded, and the motion passed 5-0. The change was recorded in the minutes as approved.
