Following the clerk appointments, the board adopted a Code of Conduct for school board members and the clerk. Ms. Helena Cunha moved to adopt the code, the motion was seconded by Ms. Heather Donbrosky, and the motion passed 5-0. The board recorded no abstentions or opposing votes on the governance items.
