Mr. Ron Vaught moved that Mr. Keith Pagano serve as chair; Ms. Helena Cunha seconded the motion and it passed 5-0. Later, Mr. Gregory Reimer moved that Mr. Vaught serve as vice‑chair; that motion was seconded and carried 5-0. A separate motion by Ms. Cunha to nominate Ms. Heather Donbrosky for vice‑chair failed when it received no second.
The reorganization of leadership occurred during the opening agenda item for elections. The board recorded no dissenting votes, and the changes take effect immediately for the 2025 calendar year.
