HR association pitches membership services to Daniels County commissioners

"We are an employer's association," the presenter said, explaining the group has over 1,100 member companies in Montana and nearby states and offers a hotline, training catalog and HR partnering arrangements. He emphasized the organization does not provide legal advice but can help employers structure disciplinary and performance processes and offered examples of handbook review and on-site HR audits.
Commissioners asked about membership pricing, training rates and whether the county would see savings for particular projects (for example, a compensation study). The presenter described member and nonmember rates for project work and offered to follow up with references from other Montana counties that use the service.
