Assembly Member Jeff Meucci moved the motion to approve the award, which Assembly Member James Valentine seconded. Voting yea were Mayor Bob Lynn, Assembly Member Rob Schwartz, Vice Mayor Jeigh Stanton Gregor, Assembly Member James Valentine, Assembly Member Jeff Meucci and Assembly Member Bob Martin.
