"We need to be careful on clubs for ASB and District. We need to be fair for all clubs," Diana Davisson said while summarizing the auditor's points and outlining next steps, including a review of the FCMAT Manual to ensure compliance. Board Clerk Cody Lamb and other members discussed mechanics for invoicing the storefront and whether wages for adults should come from district funds rather than ASB. The board emphasized creating standard formulas or wholesale pricing in advance so student programs remain educational and financially transparent.
