The Corning Union High School District board voted unanimously on several administrative and fiscal items May 21. Actions included approval of the 2025–26 year-end closing Resolution No. 485, ratification of tentative agreements with CAL-ESP CTA and CITA for 2026–27, updates to the 2025–26 classified and classified management exempt salary schedules, and approval of the updated 2026–27 ESP classified salary schedule.
The board also approved administrative account changes, removing Jason Armstrong from the CUHS ASB account and adding Shaun Fredrickson to the CUHSD ASB and Athletic Club accounts, and appointed Board President Tony Turri as the member to participate in negotiations per the Governance Handbook. All votes recorded at the meeting were unanimous among those present.
