Public hearing set for Nagel Road rezoning; renderings not binding, planner tells Council

Councilmember Michelle Patton asked whether renderings could be enforced and, after Fechter’s explanation, said, “I don't think we should vote for it,” indicating she was inclined to oppose the rezoning at this stage.
