The council also adopted Ordinance 2026‑11, annexing property owned by David and Rhonda Hasenman at 155 Linda Lane (Montebello), following planning and zoning review. In addition, the council adopted Ordinance 2026‑12 to update the city's building‑code regulations to the newest standard.
Each item was moved, seconded and adopted by roll call; no substantive public opposition was recorded for these consent items. Council also approved a schedule change to move the October 19, 2026 council meeting to October 26, 2026 because several members will be at a conference.
