Councilmember Lockwood moved to approve the consent agenda and Councilmember McDermott supported the motion; the roll call vote listed yeas from Lockwood, McDermott, Osborn, Sage, Suchowski and Bancroft and recorded Councilmember Bottecelli as absent. The minutes do not attach separate discussions to the individual consent items; each item was approved as presented.
