The Planning & Zoning Commission approved a site plan for a new salon building at 1001 Peru Crossing Court, approximately 3,438 square feet and sited at the corner of Peru Crossing Court and West Terra Lane. The contract purchaser is Vector Builders LLC.
Consultant Larry Walker said the small C‑2 zoned lot will provide about 20 parking spaces and a screened trash enclosure; staff asked for a photometric plan and details on north‑side drainage and other standard engineering items. "We do meet code requirements for this particular facility," Walker said. Commissioners offered no objections and moved to approve staff recommendations; the motion carried.
The approval includes typical permit conditions and required engineering permit submittals before construction begins.
