Commissioners authorize two special designated liquor permits for September receptions

Commissioner Chris Bruns moved to authorize the Chair to sign the permit for Highway 2 Depot for a reception at The Farmhouse on September 3, 2026; Commissioner Jerry Woodruff seconded and the motion passed with all five commissioners voting 'aye.'
Later in the meeting Commissioner Jerry Woodruff moved to authorize a permit for DEAM LLC (Axes & Aces) for a reception at the Taft Building on September 5, 2026, with Commissioner Joe Hewgley seconding; the board again voted unanimously to approve the authorization. The minutes record the dates, host organizations and locations for both permits.
