Allen County approves LPA agreement with American Structurepoint for Monroeville Road Bridge replacement

Allen County Highway Department Director Bill Hartman presented a Local Public Agency agreement with American Structurepoint for the replacement of Monroeville Road Bridge #295 over Flat Rock Creek for $779,823.
Hartman said the project is planned as a three-span bridge, expected to be bid in 2031, and structured as an 80/20 partnership with the Indiana Department of Transportation that would leave an estimated county share of about $156,000. Commissioners moved and seconded approval; the motion passed unanimously.
